Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Acquess ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Acquess is a real estate intelligence platform that provides market analysis, property valuations, investment insights, and related services. Our platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze real estate data and provide actionable insights.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Payment Terms
If you purchase a subscription or other paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acquess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Acquess and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees).
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
